The area comprising Woodbine, Radnor, and Glencliff is a small but established community south of Downtown Nashville. It is bordered by Interstate-440 to the north, Interstate-24 to the east, and the railroad tracks from Radnor Yard to the south and west. The community is tight-knit and is predicted to be one of Nashville's next popular neighborhoods, being one of the few remaining with low prices, large yards, and a short drive from downtown Nashville.

Single-family homes with large yards dominate the market, but condo and townhome developers are eyeing the area for new growth. Most of the original homes are in tact and renovated, but occasionally you'll find a two-story new construction home where a smaller home once sat.
